Service Terms & Stress-Free Guarantee

At Stress-Free Paint and Design, we are committed to delivering high-quality painting services with professionalism and care. Please review our service terms and policies below.
1. Estimates & Quotes
All project estimates and quotes are based on the information available at the time of assessment. Final costs may vary if the project scope or conditions change. Any changes will be communicated and require client approval before additional work begins.
2. Deposits & Payment Terms
To secure your project on our schedule, we may require a deposit. The remaining balance is due upon project completion unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, checks, or major credit cards.
3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
We understand that plans can change.
- Cancellations made at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled start date may be eligible for a refund of any deposit, excluding costs already incurred for materials or labor (these may not be reimbursed).
- Cancellations made within 72 hours of the project start date may forfeit part or all of the deposit.
- If you need to reschedule, please notify us as early as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate your timeline.
4. Our Stress-Free Guarantee
We stand behind the quality of our work with our Stress-Free Guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the completed project, please notify us within 48 hours of completion, and we will address your concerns or make adjustments as needed.
5. Licensed, Bonded, & Insured
Stress-Free Paint and Design is a fully licensed, bonded, and insured painting contractor. We take great care to protect your property and provide services in accordance with all safety and professional standards.
6. No Returns or Exchanges
Because we provide custom labor and services, we do not offer returns or exchanges as a product-based business might. All services are considered final once provided, except as covered under our Stress-Free Guarantee.
